This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use
www.savitriagencies.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we
keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to our website and to
the WhatsApp messages we send about your orders.

By submitting your information to us or by using this website, you agree to the
use of that information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

Telephone, mobile and fax numbers
Payment details, collected and processed by our payment gateway
Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, survey or enquiry

Information collected automatically

IP address, browser type and operating system
Date and time of your visit, pages you viewed, and the website you arrived from
Demographic information such as PIN code, age and income level, where you
provide it

Information collected during checkout

If you begin checkout and enter your name and mobile number but do not complete
the order, we keep that information together with a record of the items in your
basket, so that we can remind you about it. A reminder is sent only if you have
ticked the consent box at checkout. If you leave the box unticked we will not
message you about it, and the details are used only to process an order you go
on to place.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

Process your purchase and take payment
Deliver your products and send you delivery notifications
Send you updates about your order, including on WhatsApp (see section 3)
Operate and maintain the website, and detect fraud, error and misuse
Answer your questions and resolve disputes
Send you information about products, offers and updates, where you have not
asked us to stop

We do not sell your personal information.

3. WhatsApp Communications

We use WhatsApp to keep you informed about your orders.

Order confirmation. When you place a Cash on Delivery order, we send you a
WhatsApp message asking you to confirm it. If you decline, the order is
cancelled automatically and the stock is returned to our shop.

Order updates. We send a message when the status of your order changes — for
example when it is being packed, dispatched, completed, cancelled or refunded.

Basket reminders. If you leave items in your basket without ordering, we may
send you a reminder with a link that restores your basket. These reminders are
promotional, and we send them only to customers who have ticked the consent box
at checkout.

Order confirmations and order updates are service messages about orders you have
placed, and are not promotional.

To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP to any message
we send you. We will confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will not send
you anything further. Reply START at any time to begin receiving order
updates again. You may also write to us at admin@savitriagencies.com, or block our
number in WhatsApp.

Stopping WhatsApp messages does not affect an order you have already placed —
where necessary we will contact you by telephone instead.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your personal information only as set out below.

Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp). Our WhatsApp messages are delivered through
the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. To send you a
message we must pass your mobile number and the contents of that message to
Meta, whose servers are located outside India. Meta processes this information
under its own privacy policy, at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Courier and delivery partners. We share your name, delivery address and
mobile number with our courier partners so that your order can be delivered.

Payment gateway providers. Payment details are collected and processed by
third-party payment gateway companies. We do not store your card or bank
details on our own systems, and the payment provider is responsible for the
security of the information you give it.

Service providers acting for us. We use third parties to send email and SMS,
to ship packages, and to provide customer service. They receive only the
information needed to perform that task, and are required by contract to handle
it in line with this policy and to use it for no other purpose.

Change of ownership. If our business is sold or merged, your information may
transfer to the new owner. Any choice you have made about marketing will
continue to be respected.

Advertising. An outside advertising company may display advertisements on
this site. It does not have access to your personal information.

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with anyone for
advertising.

5. Cookies and Browsing Data

Our website stores cookies on your device. We use them to keep track of your
session and your shopping basket, to save your login where you ask us to, and to
deliver relevant content and advertising.

You can set your browser to decline cookies. If you do, parts of the website —
including the shopping basket — may not work properly.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

Unfinished baskets, including the mobile number, name and the items in the
basket, are deleted automatically 30 days after the basket was last
changed. If you complete the order, the record is removed at that point.
Records of WhatsApp messages sent and received, including your mobile
number and the content of the message, are kept for 90 days and then
deleted automatically.
Records of orders cancelled before dispatch are kept beyond that period as
part of our sales records. These records hold the order reference and its
value only, and not your mobile number.
Order records — the invoice, delivery address and payment record — are kept
for as long as required under Indian tax and company law.
Website usage and cookie data is kept only for as long as it is useful for
the purposes in section 2.

7. Security

We use industry-approved physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to
protect the information we hold.

Sensitive information is hashed or encrypted while stored. Where it must be
used, it is decrypted, processed, and then re-encrypted or discarded. Our data
centres are audited and access to servers is restricted. Changes to your account
and access to your information take place over a secure connection.

These measures apply to information under the control of
www.savitriagencies.com. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Your Rights

You may ask us to:

Stop sending you WhatsApp or marketing messages — reply STOP to any
message, or see section 3
Correct information that is wrong or out of date
Tell you what information we hold about you
Delete the personal information we hold about you

To make any of these requests, write to admin@savitriagencies.com from the email
address used on your order, or send a message to +91 99370 72437, giving your
name and the mobile number used at checkout.

We will remove your mobile number, name and email address from our marketing and
messaging records within 30 days and confirm once it is done. Information
that forms part of a completed order must be retained for the period required
under Indian tax and company law, and cannot be deleted before then. Details of
unfinished baskets are deleted automatically after 30 days in any case.

9. Children

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly
collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal
information, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may change this policy from time to time. The current version is always the
one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Please check it occasionally. If we make a significant change to how we use your
information, we will say so on this page.

11. Consent

By submitting your information to us, or by using this website, you consent to
the collection and use of that information as described in this policy.
